Booking an appointment Online
You can make an appointment online but will need to register for this service. Please call into reception and collect your registration form. You will need to bring proof of identity with you - we will need photo identification such as a driving licence, passport or ID card, and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. Once you have this information, you can access the following link to create your account and enable you to book doctors appointments: Book an on-line appointment. At the current time we are unable to register under-16s to use our online system to make appointments. This is due to medico legal issues surrounding patient confidentiality for the under 16's .
An appointment system is operated for all surgeries.
Please call at reception, or telephone during opening hours.
It is possible to make a pre-booked appointment or to telephone on the day for an appointment, although these are limited and may be restricted for urgent matters only. An urgent matter is simply something that should not wait until the following day. For all appointments please try to see your usual doctor, who will be most familiar with your medical history
If you are unable to keep your appointment, or no longer need it, please inform the practice as soon as possible so that it may be used for another patient.

The doctors and nurses are generally available to give telephone advice after their surgeries, at around 12.30 on weekdays. You will usually be asked to leave a contact number for the doctor or nurse to be able to return your call when they have finished surgery. For emergency advice we will always try our best to find a doctor to speak to you as soon as possible.
If you are too ill to come to the surgery then you can be seen at home. If possible, please try to phone the surgery before 10.30am.
The receptionists will require your name and address and brief details of the problem so that requests can be given the necessary priority. A doctor will often telephone you first to discuss the problem, and visits are usually performed in the afternoon.
