Practice Staff
Practice Manager
Our practice manager is Roseanne Logue. She is responsible for the day to day management of the practice. Please contact her if you have any suggestions or complaints about the practice.
Practice Nurses
We have five practice nurses who carry out a wide variety of treatment room work such as vaccinations, travel immunisations, dressings, blood tests, cervical smears and general advice. They also run a variety of clinics, click here for details.
Receptionists
The receptionists are normally your first point of contact with the practice. They have many duties including answering the telephones, manning the reception desk and preparing repeat prescriptions to name but a few. They cannot offer professional advice but can refer you to the best person that can help.
District Nurses
The District Nurses provide nursing care in the home for the housebound and can be contacted on 01483 861910. They have particular skills in looking after people who are terminally ill.
Health Visitor Team
The health visiting service is available for general health advice for all ages. Child development checks are carried out in conjunction with the doctors. They are now based at Loseley Fields Children's Centre in Green Lane. Telephone 01483 424188
Midwife
The community midwives work with us at the surgery providing antenatal and postnatal care. If you are pregnant, please ask for a booking appointment with the midwife which should be when you are approximately ten weeks pregnant.
Phlebotomist
We have a phlebotomist service on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Most of the blood tests on behalf of the practice will be done in these clinics. with the practice nurses picking up blood tests that cannot be fitted in with the phlebotomist's sessions.
