How to obtain a repeat prescription

Probably the easiest way to order a repeat prescription is on-line. If you wish to do this, click here.
On Paper
Your doctor will have entered your medications onto the computer, and each time a new prescription is written by the computer, a new request form is also generated for you to make your next request. You need to tick the boxes of the medications that you require and leave the form at reception, or post it to us. Requests for repeat prescriptions are not taken over the telephone as errors can occur, and it makes it harder for people to get through on the telephone for appointments or advice.
Please allow 2 working days for the prescription to be processed.
How to pick up your prescription
There are several ways that you can pick up your prescription:
- You can pick it up at the Reception Desk
- You can ask for it to go to Binscombe Pharmacy, and pick the medicines up direct from there.
- You can ask for the prescription to be sent to one of the other local pharmacies that have a daily pick up with us. These are Boots in Farncombe and Godalming, and Manichem in Godalming.
- If you wish the prescription to be posted to us, you will need to enclose an SAE with your request.
